Power Dispatch Automation System Remote Technology Research Network Based On IEC60870-5-104

Power Grid Dispatching Automation System is used to monitor the operational situation of the whole power system and helps dispatchers overall control over the Power grid and therefore ensure its safe , steady and economical operation.This system is the important method for modem power grid dispatching and exerts absolutely necessary effect on power grid safe operation. With the devefopment of technology in the fields of computer,network,communication and database,also considering the need of power market and improvement of international standards , Power Grid Dispatching Automation System is developing towards the direction of digitization, integration, network, standardization, marketing and intelligence.With the increase in the number of substations, the traditional means of communication line can not meet the development of substation automation system network request. In the current power automation technology, computer network technology and the development of optical fiber communication technology, based on a lot of power between the dispatch center and the substation 104 based on the way data communication network. On the basis of the transmission protocol of IEC101, protocol of IEC60870 -5-104 uses special internet network to realize dispatching communication and replaces traditional serial port communication system .The research of the article centered on how to use the protocol of IEC60870-5-104 to visit network in power dispatching system. First ,paper analyze this new type of protocol, the hackground, the structure and the basic function is summarizd.The application process of 104 protocol is emphatically analyzed. Subsequently, the remote information for scheduling the special need for the data transmission network. Through the network of research, design and analysis of the dispatching automation system hardware configuration and software architecture, the system functions of main modules, the links between each other. Ultimately lead the network communication module 104 to resolve the telecontrol protocol in the SCADA system implementation issues.
