New Energy Vehicle(NEV) is useful to solve the problem caused by environmental pollution and energy shortage, as a result, it has gradually take the place of tradition automobile and is become to a direction for the development of transportation vehicles. NEV's motivating force comes from electric machine and usually choose the Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor(PMSM) as the electric machine because of it has several advantages such as small volume, great output torque and high efficiency. PMSM need a complicated position detection device commonly and it make the system cost high as well as complicated. A sensorless vector control system for PMSM using high frequency signal injection method is designed and introduces active disturbance rejection control technique to reduce cost of NEV and improve driving system's capacity of resisting disturbance. At first, basic principles of rotor position detection and speed estimation using high frequency signal injection method are detailed analyzed. Sensorless vector control system simulation mode is established with MATLAB/SIMULINK and the simulation results demonstrate the theory analysis is correct. Some key techniques such as delay-filter and Phase Locked Loop(PLL) are introduced in details and factors leading to estimate errors are discussed. Then active disturbance rejection control technique is added to system with the PI controller replaced by Active Disturbance Rejection Controller(ADRC).After a comprehensive introduction for ADRC technique,The Tracking-Differentiator(TD),the Extend State Observer (ESO)and the Non-Linear State Error Feedback(NLSEF) are designed based on separative principle and the notion of time scale is integrated with parameter tuning as the theoretical foundation for parameter tuning. The simulation results demonstrate that the improve sensorless vector control system has many advantages such as low overshoot, fast convergence and ability of anti-interference that is a good prospect for drive system of NEV.
