The reception of transmitting data between ground device and on-board device largely determines the safety of traffic. With trains speeding up and more railways builded in recent years, the balise has been a key device to offer point information. In the tests of Balise, Spanish CEDEX Lab has got authority and participated in writing of ERTMS tests specifications, while the national research starts late and homemade balise doesn't get wide authorization. With tests specifications, we need to build a lab of ourselves to provide experimental surroundings for research of key technology and authorization. As a part of tests, parameters estimation of uplink signal has been an urgent problem.According to eurobalise test specifications, the article brings out a test system based on virtual instrument to complete electric characteristic tests, replacing vector signal analyzer which is expensive and not portable. As test shows, the design owns required test precision. It will enrich balise test platform and bring financial economyThis thesis's prime work is as follows:Introduce balise system, work theory and application in internal and overseas traffic control system; Present test requirements and analyse software and hardware requirements; Describe the ways of collection, demodulation, estimation and analyse estimation precision particularly; Analyse precision of measurement by simulation testing and academic analysis; Introduce the function of design; Validate the design through contrasting tests results of the design and Agilent N9010 vector signal analyzer.
