| Concrete is the material which has been the most widely used in building for its incomparable virtue. But its natural life will be shortened in acidic environment because it's anlkline. As a result of the process of industrialization, the corrosion of concrete by sulfuric acid has become a worldwide issue now.In this paper, the w/c,liquid flow degree of the mortar specimens and the pH value of the sulfuric acid was set as basic variable, by virtue of experiment that specimens exposed in sulfuric acid and theoretic analysis, the mechanism and rule of the process of corrosion was be proposed. The main content of the paper as follows:The experiment was design base on Uniform Expermental Design. In experiment, the loss of sulfuric acid was quantitied everyday, and the developmental changs of the loss was acquired.The mechanism and theoratic model of the process of corrosion was be obtained by the experiment and Boundary Layer Theory. And it could be found the model was consistent with the loss of sulfuric acid everyday by regression analysis. So, the model was proved by the exprement.With the w/c,liquid flow degree of the mortar specimens and the pH value of the sulfuric acid was set as basic variable, a and b(they are parametrics of the theoratic model) as dependent variable, Nonparametric regression was carried out and the functional relations that a and b vary with w/c,liquid flow degree and pH value was attained, and the rule of the process of corrosion was determined.The conclusion of this study is the base for further research, and it is beneficial to resolve the problem——how to prediction and prolong concrete life in sulfuric acid environment. |
