After this people for more effective to improve the reliability of the whole system, this paper proposes two parts and components combined method, and an important component for system or the reliability design of fault diagnosis system optimization, and provide more and more effectively, This article will launch the analysis and the research on these question.The basic method and theories of fault tree analysis has also studied in this paper. research of the coherent system fault tree analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively.
