In recent years, with the development of society and economy and the acceleration of urbanization, urban population growth, ground traffic to meet the needs of development, a wide range of development of underground space, the construction of underground tunnel became an important means of congestion, and shield construction for its automation control of construction, low labor strength, high accuracy, speed, economic conditions excavating became the main underground construction of high way. So the qualities of tunnel directly affect the shield construction machine, tunnel of rapidly advancing the quality and use of forming the durability of the tunnel.Currently the boundary constraints and lining segment mechanical properties test method is to experience. However, these methods just as segments or acceptance certificate allows production allows the reference condition, not as the regular production quality control segments, plus domestic segments quality inspection method is not standard form an unified standards, cannot assure quality of metro tunnel. Therefore, to shield segment quality monitoring is of profound significance。In view of the current domestic subway lining segment of crack situation is very serious, its detection loading methods is discussed, the segment to the consolidation between degrees of the bearing capacity of the influences are eager to solve, through to the subway shield lining segment of crack situation analysis to discuss how to improve lining segment quality for segment quality research in different ways, groundwork yellow loadings study of what loading methods better, for the following lining segments detection provides the basis, from the end of consolidation degree of lining segment of bearing capacity of the analysis on the actual stress influence the better way.Conclusions are that lining cracks are mainly appear in the upper part of the segment ring. Strengthening the segments witch withstand earth pressure on the upper segment intensity are should focused. The initial crack is closely related to the concrete. In same moment, the axial forces of three-point loading are than the two-point loading to be greater. With three points loading method is closer to the actual earth pressure conditions. Under the same pressure moment or conditions, deflection in three-point loading is greater than the change in two-point loading. the better consolidation of Side Ministry, the smaller the change of its deflection, the greater the carrying capacity, consolidation is bad, after unloading segment of its great deflection can not rebound, indicating that when the destruction of larger than flat.
