Power system operating voltage depends on the balance of reactive power, if the lack of reactive power within the system will enable lower voltage level, the case of system disturbances, it is possible the voltage below the threshold voltage, while the collapse of catastrophic accidents of the system reactive power and voltage control in power systems has also become an important research content.
