Antennas are essential equipments for modern ships. When ships ride the rough sea, interference of random factors, such as wind, waves, and vibration of power equipments may give rise to dynamic directional bias which causes a bad precision of detection. Stabilized platform is a self-adjusting device used to stabilize the antenna pointing. In this paper,in order to meet precision and low-cost requirement, a design of stabilized platform using the gravity device is put forward to resist swing, vibration, etc.Firstly, several modeling methods are discussed in the following two aspects: modeling in ADAMS and modeling with the help of three-dimensional software Pro/E. Secondly, a stabilized platform using the gravity device to resist interference is studied. With given parameters of the antenna structure and movement environment, the model of the antenna is built and simulation analysis with the ADAMS software is carried out. According to the simulation results, the stability analysis results of the antenna in relevant working environment can be listed. Finally an improvement program is introduced to address the problem that simulation result does not meet the need of stability and further prediction based on simulation will be made.
