The payload subsystem is the primary source of data. its security and stability is very important. In order to protect the accuracy of the payload sub-systems, stability, the payload must to be integrated testing .Payload subsystem integration testing is to simulate the working environment of the satellite system and payload subsystem (electronic control box, the other payload) , to test the function of the payload, ensure that all the functions, tasks correctly. The whole system is connected by the 1553B, so this research based on 1553B bus .This article research the characteristics and the occasions of the 1553B , the speed of 1Mbps, the word length is 20 bits, the effective length of 16 data bits, the maximum length of the information is 32 words. Transmission mode is half-duplex mode, transmission protocol for the command/response mode, the second bus in a hot backup state. It able to have 31 Remote Terminal. The terminal types are Bus Controller, Remote Terminal and the Bus Monitor.According to the actual application of objective design the specific content of 1553B as the interface for knowing the mean of the data .Including the remote terminal address,the meaning of sub-address and function,mode control be used,description of the data format,command and so on.Finally, it implementa the test environment of the payload. Including "The Simulation Software of The Lander" and "The Simulation and Monitor Software of The Lander"."The Simulation Software of The Lander" and "The Simulation and Monitor Software of The Lander" join in the task of The Payload Subsystems of Chang'e Three . And they last two month,to complete all test successfully. |
