| Along with the continuous development of our country's economy and scientific technology, China's steel manufacturing industry has made significant progress in recent years and the steel production has also rising year after year.Moreover,the quality of steel and steel specifications have made much more improved than ever. The steel material has high strength,light weight,high accuracy,short construction period and other notable features. Because of these characteristics, structural systems using steel as the main load-bearing components, especially the steel frame system, are getting used more and more widely in the field of our country's construction industry, specifically in civil multi-storey architecture structure.How to make the accurate and economic design for multi-storey steel frame structure rapidly and reasonablely (or the optimization design of multi-storey steel frame sturcture),it has been a hot topic issue in the field of civil engineering. STS module in structural design software PKPM is a professional steel structure integration of CAD software.Because of its powerful features, accurate and reliable results of calculation and analysis, the STS module has a high market share in our steel structure designing.However,the optimization function in this software is not satisfactory.Because this module has only the optimal ability on plane steel frame,which does not match the actual working conditions on most of structures, and it often requires the designer to make the realization of the optimal design manuallyIn this paper, the author conduct deep research on the steel frame structural system and the structural optimization design theory. On that basis,we combine the floating stress index method with fuzzy mathematics c-means clustering algorithm,and propose the fuzzy optimum design method for multi-storey steel frame structure. According to the computed restults of SATWE on structural model, taking the member cross-section moment of inertia as optimization design variable, material volume as the objective function, we will make the optimization on section sizes of its links so as to reduce the direct material cost of the architectural engineering works;then the author uses the c-means clustering algorithm for various optimized steel members to realize the fuzzy clustering merge; after that, the structural model will be calculated by SATWE and made the fuzzy clustering merge again,iteration of above two processes will reduce steel components product categories and the processing designed cost,lastly it will realize the optimization design goal that works tend to be the best overall cost structure.Binding the practical projects,in order to reduce the overall cost of engineering structures,the paper adopt this fuzzy optimization design method to the engineering data model.The results show that the optimum design scheme accords with structure design principle, mechanical properties of structure components has much more improvement compared with old design scheme,and it can reduce the amount of steel in effect,above which it has well proven the effectiveness and practicality of this method. Finally,the full text is summarized and the prospect of further research is looked ahead,we think such fuzzy optimization method can combine with other professional design softwares in our country,and will play an important role in promoting the development of the steel structure. |
