It may apply in aspects aerospace, military, transportation vehicle and so on. The lithium ion battery's good economic efficiency, social and the environment benefit's promotion scientific research worker to its development's attention, also has simultaneously accelerated its development. The lithium ion battery already had realized the industrialization production, the technology tended to be mature. But still has the flaw, battery's secure energy balance, the cycle life is short. Energy density small and so on shortcomings. These flaw existence is decided by the electrolysis protoplasmic membrane performance. In view of these questions, the solid state polymer electrolysis mass energy solves effectively, but its solid state polymer electrolysis protoplasmic membrane the ion conductivity is low under the room temperature, has limited it in the lithium ion battery aspect application.This article selects a new type of liquid crystalline ionomers(LCI)/PMMA porous polymer electrolyte membrane.It was made by LCI with the sulfonic acid groups, polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA) and the Lithium perchlorate(LiClO4) with the solvent method blending preparation. It adopts the sulfonic acid groups to transmit the lithium ion. the N-methyl pyrrolidone (NMP) is the plasticizer. The diethanolamine borate is the modifier. Through method attribute different series:infrared spectrum, scanning electron microscope, alternating-current impedance and polarized light microscope and so on, to research polymer electrolyte performance.The factor of porosity determination and the SEM indicated:The membrane is porous, the factor of porosity is 16.4%-29.3%. Aperture is in 1~9μm. The AC impedance result indicated:when the liquid crystal ionomers content achieves in 25% at 25℃,It exhibited ion conductivity in the order of 2.60×10-6 S/cm and 3.86×10-3S/cm with 20% NMP. After adding the diethanolamine borate, the ion conductivity is 6.04xl0-4S/cm。The infrared spectrum result indicated that the-OH peak of the sulfonic acid groups is 3435 cm-1. After adding LiC104,-OH peak moves to 3556cm-1. In the NMP-LCI/PMMA system, After adding LiC104, the-OH peak from 3598 cm-1 moves to 3531cm-1. NMP-LCI/PMMA and LCI/PMMA infrared spectrogram obtains-OH peak 3435cm-1 moves to 3598cm-1. Explained in NMP and the LCI sulfonic acid groups bases existence interaction. |
