| The coordination control system (CCS) of boiler-turbine-generator units is a rather complicated multi-variable control system,so reasearch on its modle is very important. There are two main aspects in studying of coordinated control system optimization which are object modeling and control arithmetic.And constructing the unit load-pressure object model and thoroughly analyzing the characteristic of the model are the basic of the study.The paper presents three typical boiler-turbine-generator nonlinear object models to analyze material, energy balance relationship, steady-state model, inverse steady-state model, and their dynamic characteristics and nonlinear characteristics through simulation. How'nonlinear'a nonlinear sysytem can be and whether it is worth to try a nonlinear controller are fundamental issues in the nonlinear control. The paper uses relative nonlinear measure and gap metric to analyze non-linear characteristics of models, and point out that how the model of nonlinear strength changes with the operating points;on this basis the main unit operation work interval and processing model of nonlinear measure curve are found out by means of the unit operating load data clustering analyzed for a long time.On the basic of thoroughly analyzing 160MW unit model gain scheduled is used to control the unit,and is simulated.So we can have an deep understanding of its nonlinear characteristics.Deep analysis of multivariable internal model control, and using multivariable internal model control in a 500MW unit model. This paper also does many disturbance experiments on the 660MW unit model,and compare,research and analyze the relative nonlinear index and gap metric of the model. |
