As the electric power load and the difference of the peak and the low-valley are increasin,using small units already cannot satisfy the needs of grid, so using large electric generator units participation is imminent.Large electric generator units frequently involved in load of electric,Steam turbine rotor often inherit alternating stress role,thus make the turbine rotor under low cycle fatigue loss, so in the large units involved in load of electric process, to Study on the turbine rotor of life loss is of great significance.This text takes the Hunan of a certain power plant domestic 600MW supercritical steam turbine unit for rcsearch object.Peak load regulating operation test on the steam turbine are maked systematically,and monitoring the related operation data.According to the geometrical structure characteristics of the rotors, the full-size finite element modeling of the rotor is established.Because of the rotor geometry and load of axisymmetric properties,considering the amount of calculation.2d axisymmetric model, also called half model,are widely used in projects,to reduce computational resources consumption.Using various parameters collected in the trial,and depending on the unit design parameters, each part of the rotor the heat transfer coefficient can be calculated, so that the actual tinitial and boundary conditions are established.This text based on matlab mathematical tool programming, realized calculation of the heat exchange boundary conditions under different operation conditions and different parts at the same time.Then,both the transient temperature and thermal stress fields of domestic 600MW supercritical steam turbine rotor under cold IP cylinder start-up,warm cylinder start-up, hot cylinder start-up and stop process were calculated with the finite element software marc.Finally,using calculation of steam turbine rotor life loss -rain flow method,and using matlab mathematical tools to program rain-flow count, then,the rain-flow program is used in the stress spectrum crack life loss calculation on actual operation, variable condition of life loss is calculated.Some suggestions for safe operation of domestic 600MW supercritical steam turbine were proposed.
