With the increasing growth of the metro vehicle speed and the passenger carrying capacity, the fatigue property of the metro motor bogies turns into an extremely important issue. The cause of the fatigue damage is the dynamic load endured when railway vehicle runs on actual lines. It requires analyzing the "load-time history" of the subway, and establishing the representative load spectrum of its structural components under actual operating conditions, so as to ensure that the structural strength of the metro motor bogies can meet the needs of practical operation.This thesis focused on the load spectrum compilation of 15th line for Beijing subway. ANSYS software was applied to carry out the finite element calculation for the finite element model of metro vehicle bogie frame. Basing on practical experience, it determined relatively accurate recognize methods for different loads, which were used in actual measurement. IMC data collection apparatus was employed to gather data from "Houshayu-Wangjing West" section of 15th line for Beijing subway. Special data analysis software MyCode, compiled by School of Mechanical, Electric and Control Engineering of Beijing Jiaotong University, was used to process, summarize, conclude and arrange the data. Under operating conditions, we established the following load spectrum of this line:float-and-sink load, side-rolling load, torsional load, lateral load, vertical load and braking load, based on that, the bogie frame fatigue strength was on the study. It also computed the stress transfer coefficients for the fatigue key points in each load spectrum. Combined with the stress spectrum of key measurement points, it compared the injure compatibility calculated by this two methods to carry out the injure compatibility checking. Finally, we obtained the load spectrum which had practical significance.It provides reliable load basis for the design of metro motor bogies in future..
