Energy,economic,environmental is the focus of the subsistence and society abidance development of human being.China is the only great nation taking coal as the primary energy in the world,such energy structure will not change in a long period.Each countrie' s energy policy is that try their best to reduce environmental pollution and ensure national economy to develope continutely,speedly and healthly.Due to our country's oil resources are relatively poor and the international crude oil prices is constantly rising,saving oil is imminent.Expecially the energy security problem of our country is prominent and the demand of traditonal energy including coal,petroleum and natural gas show the trend of growing rapidly.Energy security has reached the critical point and hide huge potential risk.State Council <> point out that energy play an strategic role in the development of national economy.The supply and demand contradiction of China's energy is very sharp,the structure of that is unreasonable and the utilization efficiency of energy is low.Mass consumption of fossil fuels causes serious environmental pollution.In the next fifteen years,it is a great challage for the development of energy technology to meet the rapidly increasing energy demand and also complete the cleaning and high efficiency utilization.Confronting the condition of our country,saving energy is very significant and saving oil is priority among priorities.This article changed mechanical atomized oil gun into media atomized oil gun which had environment protection and energy saving by oil system reconstruction of Hongwei thermal power plant.This project reduced fuel consumption and the cost of plant operation and maintenance.moreover, it accomplished stored program control lighting of Boiler.finally, the improvement reduced the boiler safety risks, environmental pollution, and established a good corporate external image.The Project took maintenance free media atomized oil gun instead of mechanical atomized oil gun,Used high energy ignition to Light the oil gun directly and accomplished stored program control lighting of Boiler.And the project adopt combustion technology,Cancel the propulsion device of oil gun and flintlock,optimize fuel piping system,optimize cooling air piping system,optimize before boiler compressed air piping system,optimizeFSSS control system.It would significantly enhance the combustion efficiency of the oil gun and avoid fuel waste and black smoke caused by inefficient combustion. In addition, it could conduct rapid automatic ignition and reduce oil supply pressure, thus greatly improve the security, economic performance and stability of the boiler, providing technical reference for similar project in the future.
