Cast-in-situ Drilled Piles with Grouting is a kind of bored pile after pile by pile embedded in the grouting pipe in the water pressed into the mud pile and pile the soil, improving soil conditions.In Basic engineering of civil construction, mainly in the form of piles foundation, nearly 20 years, along with civil construction from large-scale, community development and urban transformation to high-level, high-rise building development, the use of various types of piles more and more, but the traditional methods have been unable to suit for the development needs, the urgent need to improve the bearing capacity of piles and pile pile side resistance, pile the resulting post-grouting technique.For all cast-in-situ drilled piles is used widely, it have inherent defect of pile technics: bottom sediment and soil disturbance pile hole wall and the presence of clay films, result in reduce of resistance and the pile shaft resistance. In order to improve the bearing capacity piles, foundation treatment of geotechnical grouting technology is used in pile foundation, implement the pressure grouting measures on the pile (bottom of the hole) and the pile side (hole wall), form the pile called post-grouting pile.Last 10 years, post-grouting piles have rapid development in china, belong with economic effects, adaptability, convenient and flexible construction methods, grouting equipment simple and easy to operate and easy to popularize and so on.There are some problems of post-grouting pile although it looks simple, many technical problem will be resolved base on depth research and understanding on process and mechanism of post-grouting pile.This paper research on Process and mechanism of bored pile by base post-grouting combine with project case, monitor whole process of engineering construction, analyze and summarize the problem of project and offer some response. At the same time, though research on Process and mechanism of post-grouting comply with experiment, offer improvements. Any kind of process technologies, have to comply with from generation to the development of the law and then to mature. As shorter development time of post-grouting pile, has not yet been fully recognized, there are some issues that need further research to resolve, in order to better improve the application of result.
