The design of submersible pressure hull's structural is one of the core technologies of Submersible development of human history, and the submersible pressure hull's strength and stability is its top priority, In considering the strength and stability should also take into account the plastic deformation. With the start of submersible pressure hull of the current situation of international development, the paper mainly analyzes the pressure hull's material selection, structural design, from a variety of submersible pressure hull's shape of the advantages and disadvantages of the state to select and finalize the potential of this 300 meters deep submersible pressure hull's structure is cylindrical and hemispherical combined form. Based on the structural design of this paper, cylindrical and spherical pressure hull's equation of state of stress and failure modes have been studied. And the limit state equation is presented. On this basis, respectively, analysis the strength and stability of the cylindrical pressure shell, spherical shell with hemispherical head and its combination by the finite element analysis(FEA) software ANSYS. The final summary of this paper presented the previous four chapters and prospects of new marine technology research topics.In the beginning of the thesis, the theory studies the dynamic buckling as the starting point of submersible pressure hull of nonlinear stability analysis by a depth of 300 meters submersible. Analysis the strength and stability of the spherical shell with stiffened cylindrical, spherical pressure hull and the spherical shell of its combination. The Analysis shows that the materials meet the requirements of《GB 11632-89 submersibles and underwater equipment pressure structural material and technical conditions》,At the same time, the design of the pressure hull of submersible meet the strength and stability requirements of the《Diving system and diving into the Classification and Construction of devices》. In this paper, some characteristics of the design of submersible pressure hull structure are analyzed, including the pressure hull material selection and material properties, structural design and design basis, the failure mode of its strength and stability. And this part has been summarized in this paper. In one hand to Analysis the submersible pressure hull's strength and stability should be guide, in another hand to provide the evidence for study in future.Finally, the thesis analysis and summary the pressure hull strength and stability by commercial software ANSYS, which is a common software of finite element analysis. The main features of the finite element analysis can deal with complex geometry, load and constraint conditions, but the buckling (stability) finite element analysis of structural strength is not as a wide range of applications, which is currently still some theoretical difficulties.
