Inorganic polymer material that is a kind of new cementing material, since it has abundant raw materials, process simple, inexpensive, energy saving etc, caused the domestic and foreign material researchers of great interest. In this paper, we use fly ash and mineral as raw materials, under the effect of alkaline stimulate agent, process two different proportion of inorganic polymer concrete, and study the flexural fatigue performance, and with the same sand ratio of the ordinary concrete compared. Its main research work and the important achievements obtained as follows:1. Research and analysis about two different proportion of W40, W60 inorganic polymer concrete in flexural test, results show that:in the same circumstances of the compressive strength, the flexural strength of inorganic polymer concrete lower than ordinary concrete, W40 is lower than the 19.6%of C40, W60 is lower than the 29.8%of C60; With the same to ordinary concrete, the partial-quenched of inorganic polymer concrete belong to the brittle failure.2. Research and analysis about the failure pattern test and its fractures of inorganic polymer concrete, results show that:inorganic polymer concrete material is a brittle material, and the cementing material and aggregate bonding of inorganic polymer concrete is stronger than ordinary concrete.3. Research and analysis and two different proportion of W40, W60 inorganic polymer concrete in fatigue performance test, results show that:under the same stress level, the fatigue life of inorganic polymer concrete is slightly higher than ordinary concrete; The fatigue life of inorganic polymer concrete and ordinary concrete accords with two parameters weibull distribution, and establishes in different failure probability of bi-logarithm fatigue equation.4. We collect the change data of fatigue strain under cyclic loading through dynamic strain gauge, and carry on the research and analysis, results show that: under cyclic loading, the fatigue damage law of inorganic polymer concrete can be roughly divided into three stages, which are damage form, stable expansion and instability failure.
