| With the improvement of the electrical industry step by step, it becomes the pop topic about how to improve the quality of power supply and achieve optimized dispatch of power system. Based on this, the background of AGC (Automatic Generation Control),frequency control in power system and the principle of AGC are introduced. And to propose the for improved Suggestions towards the optimization about AGC control strategy based on CPS standard and the thermal unit commitment optimization based on energy saving and pollutant reductionFirst, the standard A and CPS has been introduced in detail, Virtues and defects of the traditional CPS controlling strategy is analyzed in this article, including the existing problems, how to improve the effectiveness of CPS is discussed, introducing the new judge conditions, product of area controlled errors and frequency errors, by the calculation to judge whether it is favourable to recover the frequency, in order to control the movement of the AGC generator. By applying the software Simulink, this paper sets up a single-area control system of power grids. According to the results, this new strategy can not only achieve the standards of CPS better, keeping the frequency of power system in the prescribed range, but also reduce the frequency of the AGC generator's movement, lowering the system running cost, heaving important practicable value.Second, towards the optimized dispatch of power system. To implement the national energy policies, power industry proposes a multi-objective optimization of integrating energy saving, environmental protection and economic for the scheduling under the security constraints. In the traditional model of unit commitment, a new objective function was built, under dropping of pollutant discharge, the function minimized the generating cost with the purpose of saving and pollutant reduction dispatching. Through the introduction of coefficient of emission cost and factor of schedule weight, and by the use of forward algorithm of dynamic programming, established recursion equation, to solve the model. Finally, by analysis the results of the Three different optimization objective , the coordination between economy and pollutant reduction were achieved through the model, it can be used to guide the thermal unit commitment optimization.Last, the conclusion is given in the article, towards the weakness, the improved scheme and next research are introduced. |
