As the clearly and renewable energy, wind energy shows vast vistas.However, there are some restrictions in several parts for wind energy's fluctuations and breaks. In order to large-scale develop wind power,this issue must be resolved as soon as possible.This condition would improve by adding storage energy subsystem which makes compressed air storage energy power plant run smoothly.Compressed air storage energy system,which is economic and has wide range of load, is a new kind of storage energy system for electric energy.It includes storage energy subsystem and producing electricity subsystem.This paper introduces the design of compressed air pumped storage power generation systems to solve wind-power met such problem.By analyzing and comparing the characteristics and application range of energy the storage, with existing technologies,all of types were analyzed and compared,it is can be found that compressed air storage energy system power plants with many advantages, as less investment,low operation and maintenance costs,the widest load range,etc. It has a wide application space in the energy storage of wind power. Different options of the selection for compressed air storage space be proposed,using air vessel as a storage tank, this option can reduce the initial investment excavated underground cavity,and control energy release rate and time of energy storage in effective.When needed in the power generation unit,it has been working at nominal power,and it has high energy conversion efficiency, reliable power can be provide. By calculation and analysis of various systems, create a system model, the feasibility of its application for the system will be get. Choose the right system device, analysis of their thermal performance,then, the main parameters of the system can be obtained. A static and dynamic benefit evaluation model of compressed air storage energy system is established,and calculated the comprehensive benefit of the compressed air storage energy system.Finally,the related calculation and anlysis are made.Linking with wind power,the overall performance of compressed air storage energy system has certain advantages.
