The heat transfer and flow process of condensation in tubes is a complex two-phase flow. At present, the research of condensation in tubes are mainly in experiment. This paper mainly for further research of steam condensation heat transfer and resistance process.The heat transfer characteristics of the steam condensation and flow resistance is a mutual coupling relation,if we separate discussion the two characteristics in condensing heat exchanger research and design is unable to get correctly solved. In this paper, basised on the fluid mechanics and heat transfer theory, analysis the specific steam condensation, establish tube condensing heat transfer and flow coupling relation model, provides theory basis for designing and optimization the process. Then use of numerical method to solve the model, and use VB language programs relevant program, calculate an example falling film horizontal-tube water desalination evaporator. Finally, analysis the influence of micro section step length to the numerical calculation iterative result and the pressure loss, temperature and dryness variation along the tube. Then discusse the spray density on the condensation heat-exchange influence.
