The loss of mineral energy declines the mining city's fading. At present, China has 178 mining city, of which nearly 1/2 of the cities has been declining,1/3 of the city has become a resource-exhausted cities. Therefore, mining of mineral energy is a major factor in success or failure of the mining city.Copenhagen, Denmark of 2009 we pay more attention to low-carbon environmental problems; Less and less land resources in cities let us cherish every inch of land in the city effectively.
