This paper studies the magnetic fluid technology in adaptive suspensiondamping system of military vehicles. The MRF adaptive suspension damping systemused in military vehicles, improving the technicality of original militaryvehicles, including the structure of adaptive suspension damping system designand control design. The basic principle of Semi-active suspension damping systemis, the MR damper used in military vehicles suspension damping system withoptimized DSP control system ,and rode vehicles by sensor transmitted to thecontroller, DSP control device to the processing and output damping value, sothat completed the damping force of real-time adjustment, effective damping.Based on the MR damper design criteria, design the structure of MR damper andthe magnetic part of the design plans, using MATLAB software to analyze the mainparameters on the damping force of impact, using ANSYS finite element analysispart of magnetic circuit, discusses magnetic differences when the differentparameters magnetic circuit of the single-stage and dual-class structure, tooptimize the magnetic structure.The design of MR damper take a performance test on the press, according tothe relationship curve between damping force and displacement, proved thecontrollability of MR damping force, and to Suspension MRF damping control systemfor DSP real-time system provides the data basis for the optimization. Part ofthe DSP control software and hardware development, adaptive fuzzy controlstrategy to realize the real-time MR damper adjustment.This paper proves that magnetorheological technology in military vehiclesadaptive suspension damping system has good practical value and well damping characteristics for military vehicle suspension damping system performanceimprovement lay a foundation.
