Modern high-rise building developed rapidly with each passing day. More and more projects use high-rise complex building structure. One common structure is skew combined structure whose lateral force units are sideling laid. In this paper, the skew combined structure is composed of frame, shear walls and thin-walled tube of three lateral force unit composed of diagonal layout. In this paper, we do coupled bending and torsion analysis of skew combined structure considering partial floor deformations. Including cooperating analysis, second-order analysis and free vibration analysis. By use of the uniformization technique, the floor in the plane is divided into two cases, the weak area is flexible, and the remaining area is rigid. Each rigid region is treated as a sub-structure, the whole structure consists of several sub-floor structure and the elastic component. The lateral force unit formed the structure is treated as a thin-walled beam which has bending, shear and torsional deformation, thereby establishing the structure of model bias. From the energy point of view, the corresponding Lagrangian function and Lagrange equations of the problems are derived. By introducing the dual variables which are displacements and forces generalized, resulting in the Hamiltonian dual equation in the symplectic system. Solving the boundary value equation is applied at both ends of the precise integration method obtained the corresponding numerical solution of various problems. The results with the literature and the results were compared to verify that the proposed method is correct and feasible. In this paper the problem is introduced into the Hamiltonian dual system to analyze solution of differential equations in an increase of the number of cases. So we can reduce the number of first-order differential equations. This greatly simplifies the equations'difficulty and physical concept of the whole process is clear, and easy for computer to calculate. And the precision can meet the engineering requirements. The procedure can be applied to the preparation of a preliminary analysis of such structure. The calculation program for the structure determination and the completion of preliminary design provides a more accurate basis.
