Design Of Successive Steel Structure Spray Health Controller

Our country conducts massive construction of highway,railway,airports and docks in recent years,so much infrastructure construction will impulse a heavy demand for cement concrete.Domestic engineering constructions is inclined to meet a serial of problems such as tight construction period and large construction intensity.How to conducts so much engineering constructions excellently in finite condition remains a difficult problem for engineering construction staffs.Compared with other construction technology,successive steel structure coment concrete has some of difficulties like large construction intensity and high construction requirements due to its cast in situs technology,and the spray health technology is indispensable for its quality.However,there has none of the fashioned standards for spray health technology,and that result in many of problems.In order to solve the proplem effectively, This paper sets about this matter from the actual project of successive steel structure,it analyses the demerit of available method and the probability of mass defect,raises the way to improve the spray technology,designes an advanced controller with the function of controlling and monitoring,and realizes the automatic of spray health.About the spray health technology,this paper researches water instaking way,channel arranging shape and water exit layout,obtains a kind of construction technology of strong practical ability.About the spray health instrument,this paper raises a scheme to control the spray by moisture content,temperature and humidity,and it does the design for controller based on PIC singlechip.This controller contains the functions of signal accumulating, switching value output,data storage,keypress control,LCD display,USB read-write and wireless transmitting.it has well charater of compact structure and high automatic level.This paper does kinds of simulations based on the hardware and software design.The system could realize its functions seem form the simulated result.At last,this paper introduces a kind of upper computer arranging method for wireless module and design a kind of data processing software,realizes the functions of data extracting,computing and displaying.At the end,this paper designs a special and feasible structure for the arrangement of moisture content sensor.
