| In order to further develop the application of the EPS board load reduction technology in the high embankment culvert(as the delegate of top buried type structure), this paper is based on a high embankment culvert which adopts the load reduction optimization technology of the EPS board on the guangba-bazhong highway in sichuan province, then observe the feedback of the high embankment culvert. And on the base of the indoor test, it further researches the density differences of the multi-density EPS board with the optimal combination to solve the problem of extra-high embankment culvert. the conclusions are listed as follows:1.Based on the uniaxial compressive test, the compressive deformation performance of the EPS board with multi-density combination is studied to find the optimal "density difference", then suit better to the entire construction process whose filling is from low to high and pressure is from small to big, and provide compression deformation continually to the load reduction of the EPS board, in order to meet the deformation compatibility of the whole load reduction process, so that the the material property of the EPS board is played more effectively and more fully to achieve the optimal load reduction effect.2.Based on the later observation of vertical and leval force condition of the culvert,compressive deformation of the EPS board and fill settlement of the culvert side, the actual effect and the feasibility of the EPS board load reduction optimization technology are verified.3.In order to ensure the normal implementation of the load reduction technology, this paper puts forward a set of construction method about EPS board load reduction technology on the base of analyzing the force condition of the EPS board under the effect of different construction machinery load. Especially, it combines with the construction condition of the superhighway, and puts forward definite requirement about the order of various construction machinery,particle size of the filling,filling thickness and compaction methods to assure the EPS board load reduction technology can achieve the optimal effect. And it proves that the construction method is feasible from the practical application of this worksite. |
