Pressure wave has become to a critical problem that limited the development of the high-speed railway and aerospace. Comparing with other developed nations, our country has not done enough work related to the pressure wave and the uncomfort that brings to the human body. As a consequence, a simulated testing system for pressure wave has the very vital significance.According to the analysis of the pressure wave testing system, indoor environment simulation testing system abroad and the function and index requirements of it, a conclusion has been drown to set the function and index requirements of the testing system. The pressure wave testing system is required to alter pressure amplitude and pressure change rate of the space sites by alter the airflow parameters. And pressure amplitude and pressure change rate are the two index requirements of the testing system. Through these conditions above, the preliminary structure model of the testing cabin has been established.According to the actual parameter and air output of the compartment of the train, the main structure parameters of the testing cabin has been set. After simulation analysis of six different layout of the air distribution, including the height, the size, the supply air angle, that has different influence on the pressure amplitude, pressure change rate and air velocity of space sites, the structure parameters have been set.By analog computation, the influence by alter the air output velocity, air exhaust velocity and air supply angle on the space sites have been found out. By curve-fitting, a functional relation has established between operating parameters and pressure amplitude, pressure change rate of the space sites. A mediation scheme has also been established that meet the requirement of index requirements of the testing system.Taking the human comfort evaluation methodology and index requirements of the testing system into account, a new evaluation methodology and the evaluation has been set and discussed based on the fuzzy synthetic evaluation has been established.The pressure wave simulation testing system will give a theoretical basis for establishing a real testing system. It will also be very helpful to the setting of comfort standard of the pressure wave.
