With the rapid development of national economy, rail transportation is facing more pressure, so high-speed railway for passenger transport and Heavy-haul freight transportation have been becoming the two trend of the world railway development. Due to the strong load and heavy haul and the high intensity of railways, the fact the static and dynamic between train and line system is intensified which lead to serious damage and injure should bring our more attention. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the existing subgrade and monitor the key parameters in order to ensure trains' security.Subject of this paper, the national 863 Program" A study of Heavy Haul Railway subgrade static and dynamic Performance monitoring, continuous monitoring, real-time monitoring and state Evaluation", focuses on sub-topics of the real-time monitoring of dynamic stress and moisture content of subgrade. On the basis of analyzing the technical characteristics of current techniques, we proposed new means of automatic detecting and long distance monitoring of key parameters, set up the main functional unit of the test platform to locate sensing, laser ranging, angle sensor, infrared communication, wireless transmission. We achieved site test after laboratory running and realized optimization according site environment which improve the system reliability and accuracy to ensure the real-time monitoring of dynamic stress and moisture content of subgrade efficiently.
