As one of the most indispensible impetus of the social development, energy sources become more and more important to industrial-production and national lives. With the depletion of the non-renewable sources, energy crisis has become an urgent problem. Wind energy source has been widely used in the world for the reasons of its virtues:abundant in resources, technology maturity, and high value of commerce operation. But because of the problem of the discontinuity of the wind power, the wind power generation system is required in the grid used in conjunction with large scale energy storage system. On the mentioned above, the dissertation work out a program makes the super capacitor energy storage system together with wind power generation system.In order to research validity of the super capacitor energy storage system applied in the wind power generation system to improve power quality. This dissertation set up the equivalent of the super capacitor energy storage system, and designed the experimental platform for super capacitor energy storage system. A experimental prototype test rig is constructed, and the theoretical analysis results are with it.At the beginning of this dissertation, the wind power generation system of china and the characteristics of many kinds of new storage systems were introduced. Reach on the principles of super capacitor and characteristics of the charge and discharge of the energy storage system to design the equivalent for the super capacitor in series and parallel in applications.On the basis of the analysis of equivalent model of the super-capacitor, a experimental platform for the super capacitor energy storage system was built. The power converter of energy storage system charge and discharge modes were analyzed, and the main circuit and control circuit of the energy storage system were designed.To make it easier to be described, the average switching network model was established and the parameters of double closed-loop control system of the super-capacitor energy storage system were calculated. Basis on the theoretical analyzed, made the simulation and experiment for the super capacitor energy storage system. The results of the simulations and experiments of energy storage system show that the design of the bi-directional DC/DC converter double closed-loop control parameters in the energy storage system can improve the power quality of wind power generation.
