The traditional battery equipment will cause a lot of energy waste in the discharge process as it use resistance as the load. So we design an efficient single cell formation to make this part of the energy back to the grid, saving energy.There are three parts in the equipment, namely the first-class frequency isolation transformer, the middle class a PWM rectifier and the last class a bi-directional DC-DC converter.When electricity access, it will be first across the frequency transformer, then the latter two classes formed by MOS tube and last go to the battery.In this paper, we mainly talk about the design of the latter two classes, the single-phase PWM rectifier and bi-directional bridge DC/DC converter based on the characteristics of low-voltage high-current.At first, we compare and analyze the current technology of the PWM rectifier, determine the control scheme and talk about the analysis of its working principle and characteristics; design its hardware, determine and finish software implementations.Secondly, we compare and analyze the commonly used bi-directional DC/DC converter to determine the appropriate topology for the design for this circuit, and analyze of its working principle and characteristics; determine and finish its hardware design and software programs.At last, the production of the test device is made, and the correspondingexperiment-al results show that the circuit topology and control sc-cheme is feasible, and it also shows the correctness of the selected parameters.
