| In this paper, the present development situation of deep foundation pit engineering at home and abroad, the features and the development direction of it was briefly introduced at first, then, the research of current situation of deep foundation pit engineering and shortage were summarized, deep excavation engineering support technology, and the calculation method of supporting structure were elaborated in detail, and to stop water and precipitation technology and monitoring technology are briefly introduced at last.Combined with the practice of the foundation pit engineering of drainage pumping station project of sixin area in wuhan city, the design of foundation pit supporting scheme has been analyzed and researched in detaile. The proposed projects located in GouBei village, building's excavatition differ from each other,various structures differ, the deepest pit excavation depth of foundation pit engineering reach 15.5 m, the main characteristics of foundation pit excavation can be Summed up as follows, the shape of it show trapezoidal, have large excavation depth and site formation conditions are complex and foundation pit safe or not will cause a significant impact on society.1. Type and practical range of deep foundation pit supporting scheme are introduced and studied, For this project geotechnical conditions, the characteristics and technical difficulties of this excavation engineering are analyzed, And the supporting schemes are analysed and calculated, then chose the right support system solutions for this excavation engineering.2. Completed related calculation of hold the anchor type palisade structure, including the caculation embedded solid depth, anchorage force and support length, etc.3. Completed related calculation of pile the anchor retaining structure, complete the foundation pit engineering support design.4. Through the calculation of pit seepage stability of this foundation, confirmed this excavation precipitation scheme.5.
