The structure of the layer board has extensive application in automobile spare parts. It can achieve the demand of structure strength and the body lightweight goals. Because the factory have not a standard to evaluation the quality of solder joint, the materials and equipment also have affect of welding quality. There is a certain relationship formulated three layer board makes it has a spot welding standard blindness and limitations. This paper take the type of car pillar strengthen plate as the object of research, and develop different thickness of welding standard three layer board for example for three layer board of welding standard for reference opinions, in the formulation of welding procedure will be divided into three steps:(1)It take the different thickness of three layer board to formulate the initial standard for different welding plate, after soldering performs destructive inspection. We achieve the peroration form the welding spot of the most thickness of board. It should take the most thickness of board to formulate the initial welding parameter when the thickness of three board have a big gap. It can take the final thin board to formulate the initial welding parameter.(2)After analysis the factors affect welding quality, it is concluded that the welding current, pulse, welding time number four factors electrode pressure on the quality of welding has relatively apparent effect. The factory has a given range of the four factors, It design scope of orthogonal experiment by orthogonal table. High tensile load for test index, through the test data is poor analysis and variance analysis of various factors, analysis the influence of welding quality index is more appropriate, draw significantly the level of combined, and electrode pressure test index influence significant is the largest, welding time and pulse number next, welding current't a significant effect to test index.(3)It have to check the conclusion of orthogonal experiment. This paper design the experiment to prove the welding parameter that have achieve production requirement and the stability of the test index is good.In mechanical processing, product testing, assembling and welding processes etc, we use a large number of process equipment to install processing object, to occupy the correct position, to ensure the quality of the components and products, and improve the production efficiency. In actual production, welding tooling has great influence the productivity. So a proper welding tooling could greatly increase the productivity and save a lot of labor. A succeed welding is a results of a team closely. Therefore this article mainly research the locating system of parts, that is based on the requirements of assembly of parts and welding required. Due to the factory manufacture precision tool testing has unified regulation, and according to the various parts of the calculation of tolerance, though calculate holes of the part of the hole of tolerance to determine whether it can in batch production assembly of body requirements.
