Automobile braking system performance quality directly related to human life safety, therefore, people are always in the performance of brake system research and development on spare no effort. With the increase of running speed of the vehicle, the requirements to the brake Performance are getting more and more strict. Use of virtual prototype technology in car design development stage can predict the performance, optimize the design to shorten the development cycle, reduce development costs purpose.In this paper, braking force distribution is expounded, which effects directly directional stability and the use of extent of conditions attached in braking.When the car Unloaded and full-load, the wheels of gravity proportion is will change. So, it requires that front axle and rear axle frictional braking power distribution proportion of relationship also happened to the corresponding adjustment. This paper introduced the Structural principle of Automobile braking system based on a truck, Explained the working principle of the device of air braking system, Then analyzed the basic principle of auto brake theoretically, Focusing on the theoretical elaboration that front axle and rear axle frictional braking power distribution proportion of relationship, And established the mathematical model, Using the MATLAB/Simulink software carries on the simulation analysis, get the requirements of front axle and rear axle frictional braking power distribution proportion of relationship when designing.Adjust truck front axle and rear axle frictional braking power distribution proportion of relationship mainly rely on SABS, This paper explained the working principle of SABS, And established the mathematical model of SABS, Using the AMESim software carries on the simulation analysis, Obtained the working characteristic of SABS can be good meet front axle and rear axle frictional braking power distribution proportion of requirements conclusion.This thesis study contribute to design reasonably truck brake system front axle and rear axle frictional braking power distribution proportion of relationship, has high theoretical guidance meaning and practical value.
