After installation from the cable terminal, the terminal will be sealed, the internal insulating oil filled during operation can not be the appropriate testing, insulating oil after aging, it will easily lead to heat or insulation breakdown of cable termination, it is necessary to end isolation The aging characteristics of oil analysis, the aging of insulating oil terminal control law to ensure the safe operation of power systems.This paper describes the performance characteristics of the terminal insulating oil, insulating oil of the characteristic parameters of aging research status, and power equipment at home and abroad and fill insulating oil aging Detection Research. Finally, further analysis of the causes of aging causes the terminal insulating oil, and according to the actual situation of the four end-insulating oil to prevent aging of the measures:adding anti-oxidants to improve the sealing performance of the terminal design to improve equipment in strict accordance with the construction process to install terminals in operation process, we need regular inspection and maintenance of terminal equipment.
