Nowadays, the request to the quality and the security reliability of the energy and the electric power supply is more and more high. Because the big electrical network can't satisfy this request based on its flaws, the distributed generation increases day by day. With the Smart grid's putting forward, future distribution network is required to accept distributed generation (DG) freely. Distributed generation, as an aid for traditional power supply, which makes full use of new and clean energy and is very efficient and flexible according to the local situation, is widely utilized and playing a more and more important role in Power System.First, some common distributed generation technologies such as wind-turbine system and photovoltaic cell system, fule cell system and micro-turbine system, the actuality and the future of distributed generation are introduced in this paper. Models of several common distributed generations in power flow calculation and the back/forward sweep algorithm are analyzed, and presents the processing method of DG with different node types in three-phase power flow calculation.Seconed, the paper establishes the model of network reconfiguration with distributed generation, and the benefits function which considers DG cost, annual operating costs, loss of distribution network, environmental benefits is presented. Considering the power of wind-turbine system depending on the randomness of wind speed where the wind turbine is located, an index based on scenario analysis and the model of network reconfiguration with power of wind are presented. Combining basic principles and characteristics of Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO) with Multi-agent System(MS) technology's studying, coordinating strategies are analyzed. BMA-PSO is presented to handle distribution network reconfiguration problem. It apply particle swarm optimization algorithm's Von Neuman architecture to multi-agent system'composition.Finally, verify the feasibility of conversion method about the model of network reconfiguration proposed by this paper and effectiveness of the algorithm with numerical examples.
