| In order to reduce the blindness exist in past structural design of wind turbine blade,shorten the design cycle and improve the design quality, a turbine blade structural design software is developed and researched. The paper has analyzed the task of wind turbine blade structural design and data relationship of design software. By analyzing the relationship between wind turbine simulation software and wind turbine blade structural design software, based on the wind turbine load analysis under various operating conditions, extreme load conditions and the location of pitch axis design basis are initially identified. By analyzing the relationship among blade aerodynamic parameters, geometric parameters, the overall wind turbine design parameters, operating parameters and blade structure, this paper proposed reasonable and feasible structural design method of wind turbine blade section. Based on classical laminated plate theory, the article analyzed the relationship between blade strength and stiffness, and designed the the overlay sequence, overlay thickness parameters of main beam and skin under knowing the overall design of wind turbine case, according to extreme load of various sections. Finally,this paper got to input blade aerodynamic parameters, geometric parameters, the overall wind turbine design parameters and operating parameters; change the wind turbine simulation software input parameters, call the wind turbine simulation software program and output load calculations, by wind turbine simulation software interface program; programme the computing program of blade main design parameters and output the design results, fulfil the design task of blade structural design software. |
