| With the rapid development of China's economic construction, the market demand on the aerial work equipments becomes larger, and the product safety and reliability requirements are also increasing. For the domestic level of aerial work product's design and manufacture is lower than international advanced level, making deep research on it will improve the inland techno-level of aerial work product and impulse the development of aerial work industry.This thesis is directed to a series of straight-boom aerial work platform. On the basis of mastering the structural program design process of straight-boom aerial work platform and intensively studying of structural optimization design of typical machine, this thesis has designed and developed the straight-boom aerial work platform program design software, which is parameterized to a certain extent.The major research is as follows:On the basis of predominating the structural program design process and structure constitution of straight-boom aerial work platform and making a deeply analysis of calculative items, it makes a summary of relatively exact and universal arithmetic for structural program design.This thesis does a thorouth study on hinge point arrangement of homogeneous cylinder series level mechanism. In accordance with the content of mechanism design, it chooses the optimum object, analyses the model of level mechanism, confirms design parameter, objective function and restriction, and sums up the common rules of hinge point disposal.In this thesis, it compares the overturn stability prescript of national standard with international standard. It takes the GTBZ straight-boom aerial work platform for example, analyzes the overturn stability arithmetic and result of two standards, accumulates experience for overturn stability design of kindred aerial work platform.In this thesis, the parametric program design software of straight-boom aerial work platform is exploited. The research is applied to practical product design and exploitation of GTBZ straight-boom aerial work platform, and the applied effect is high up in the pictures. |
