| Due to the world-wide economy development, the problem of shorting energy resources has caused more and more attention. The world-wide gazed on renewable energy, so the renewable energy get an unprecedented development. The wind energy is a kind of clean renewable green energy which obtained a rapid development. Many countries in the world focused on the development and utilization of wind energy, using wind turbines to convert wind energy into electricity. China, as the energy consuming countries in recent years, wind power industry developed to a certain scale, but on the wind power technology, China's wind power technology backward than the the developed countries. In particular, as one of the key components of wind turbine blade technology. Therefore, to accelerate the localization of wind power technology to improve the technological level of China's wind power a top priority. The blades, the key part of the wind turbine, were studied in this article. The main conclusions are as follows:1.According to the reading the vast literature, introduced the development of domestic and international wind turbine blades statue and technology development, and discussed the wind machines basic concept. Expounds the Finite Element Analysis (FEA) theory of blade's structure to modeling for 1.2MW wind turbine blades.2.ANSYS modeling of blade. According to the geometry parameters of blade to receive specific section of the coordinates of the point of blade element, use of office software Excel coordinate conversion, obtained three-dimensional coordinates of the points blade. Using the three-dimensional modeling software ANSYS for solid modeling for further analysis3.Blade on the solid model has been built using the finite element analysis software ANSYS vibration modal analysis. Calculated natural frequency and analysis of the vibration modes and the relative stress of each mode.4.According to the structural analysis results, the geometrical shape of blade optimized design, and optimized blade is analyzed. The results proved the optimized blade has more advantages. This explains the optimization scheme basically is rational and feasible, and has certain applicability. |
