With particular geologic condition of the cohesive soil region of Daqing, vertical ultimate bearing capacity is universally much more than ultimate pressure of jacked-in PHC pipe pile, the vertical ultimate bearing capacity of single pile estimated with experiential formula is low, so the economy of PHC pipe pile is not described. By studying on the relationship of vertical ultimate bearing capacity and ultimate pressure of single jacked-in PHC pipe pile and the time effect of the bearing capacity in the cohesive soil region of Daqing, the design and construction of jacked-in PHC pipe pile foundation can reach the safety and applicable, economic rationality, construction convenient.Firstly, the vertical capacity of jacked-in PHC pipe pile typically of the cohesive soil region of Daqing was calculated which was compared with the test data. Secondly, the regional experiential formula of Vertical Ultimate Bearing Capacity and Ultimate Pressure is obtained, through the descriptive statistical analysis and calculation to the test data with software SPSS, which is organized from the report of static load experiment of vertical ultimate bearing capacity of representative jacked-in PHC pipe pile project in the cohesive soil region of Daqing. Finally, by studying the time effect of vertical bearing capacity of jacked-in PHC pipe pile in the cohesive soil region of Daqing, the equation varying with time of vertical ultimate bearing capacity of jacked-in PHC pipe pile with diameter 400mm was obtained, the feasibility of which was validated by the comparison between measured values and calculated ones of vertical ultimate bearing capacity of single pile in different time of repose.
