| Researched various finite element modeling methods of dolted-joint interface in this thesis, discussed effect law of finite element analysis outcome of dolted-joint overall structure that different models created. For two main modeling methods, used parameter optimize identifieation technique, extracted the unit area rigid and dampening parameter values of dolted-joint interface,in-depth studied dynamic characteristics of relevant arguments in different interface joint condition and change law of those arguments in condition of changing of dolted precompact force.Main research contents :(1) By experimental modal analysis of dolted-joint structure, getting dynamic characteristics arguments of dolted-joint structure in different interface joint condition and different dolted precompact force, provided reference information for identifiing dynamic characteristics arguments of dolted-joint structure and establishing various finite element models.(2) Used stiffness matrices element to establish equivalent dynamic model of dolted-joint interface, by outcome of experimental modal analysis, identified the unit area rigid and dampening parameter values of dolted-joint interface by combination of finite element analysis and experimental modal analysis based on genetic algorithm, analysised dynamic characteristics of those arguments in different interface joint condition and change law of those arguments in condition of dolted precompact force changing.(3) In order to simulate the dynamic characteristics of dolted-joint interface more accurately, created a new interface element,getted element stiffness matrices by analysising element characteristics, used this element to establish equivalent dynamic model of dolted-joint interface, identified interface contact rigid parameter based on this element. Finally, analysised dynamic characteristics of joint surface unit area contact rigid and change law of this argument in condition of dolted precompact force changing and effect law about this parameter influence on overall dynamic characteristics of dolted-joint structure.(4) Studied various modeling methods of dolted-joint interface based on finite element e- stablished equivalent dynamic model of dolted-joint joint structureper tinencely, executed finite element model computation, Studied calculational results contrastively. Finally, based on the results of the study, by the data of experimental modal analysis, analysised effect law about various finite element modeling methods of dolted-joint interface influence on calculational results of dolted-joint structure finite element model in different interface joint condition and dolted precompact force, Researched interface dynamic characteristics Simulated precision of finite element model of dolted-joint interface and application scope and conditions of finite element model of dolted-joint interface. |
