In recent years, dynamic response of high-rise building structures in earthquakes has become one of the hot research topics, as the damage to the buildings made by the earthquakes brings danger to people's lives and property. The building structure is becoming more high-soft and more lighter, which makes it easier for the seismic effect of vibration, large deformation or even destruction. It's clear that static analysis for the high-rise building structures have not meet the engineering needs, and the dynamic analysis has important practical significance.Based on the Hamiltonian system and the precise integration method, the universal parallel Timoshenko beams model is used to study the elastic process change of high-rise building structures under the earthquake. According to the total potential energy of structures, the Hamiltonian dual systems of coordination analysis are established for high-rise building structures. The layer element stiffness matrixs are introduced according to interval mixed energy matrix which are based on the precise integration method of the double end boundary value problems, and the global stiffness matrix of structures can be established according to the finite element stiffness integration method. Then using the Multi-particle system model of high-rise building structures, the lumped mass matrixs of the entire structures are established. Damping matrix for the structure, the paper uses a Rayleigh damping that is a linear combination of stiffness matrix and mass matrix. Finally, the dynamic time history analysis is processed on the high-rise building structures based on the precise integration method of initial value problems, and frequent earthquake seismic response values of buildings are obtained. In short, based on the Hamiltonian system and the precise integration method and Matlab computer language, the new method of dynamic time history analysis of high-rise building structures are given, and the reliability and feasibility of this method is testified through comparison analysis of the results with the literature in numerical examples, and the merits and the scope of application for the structural model are also evaluated.
