This artical mainly analysis campus buildings for changes in temperature system.To analyze and design for this system must based on the campus buildings load features.The hottest season in school is during the summer vacation,and the coldest season of the year is in winter holidays,the most adverse weather adjust all appear in holiday.Between dining-room and dormitory buildings, there exist obvious phenomenon that they are not used at the same time.the characteristic of teaching building is the utilization rate is high in the daytime while it is very low even to zero when classes are over,normally it is not be used during holidays.on the other hand,the utilization rate is low in the daytime while it is very high for dormitory buildings.when breakfast ,lunch and supper the restaurant is in use and other time the utilization rate is very low.According to the total load characteristics can realize intermittent for changes in temperature.when having classes in the daytime the heat pump units for changes in temperature to the classroom.while dinner time,classroom can pause for changes in temperature system,for instead changes to dining-room,At night, only to dormitory for changes in temperature.As the campus building load characteristics, if according to the conventional design standards to calculate the cold heat load campus buildings,it can cause cold and heat sources units installed capacity need so more relative to the actual that make the system cost increases.to save system initial investment and operation cost, the cold heat load school building should be calculated accurately.Firstly to get local standards meteorological years of data,then to use DEST software to calculate and analyses on the basis of cold heat load buildings.Combining specific engineering design examples and from actual conditions to design Intermittent ground-source heat pump system.Ground-source heat pump air-condition system using soil as cold/heat source circulatly flow in the closed loop buried in the ground through intermediate medium,and with the earth soil for heat exchange,then by heat pump to buildings for changes in temperature. Ground-source heat pump air-condition system use the renewable energy sources with the characteristic of energy-saving and environmental protection.
