The study of Cylinder concrete pipe is arised in recent 10 years,it is a new type of Concrete-filled steel tube, which is formed by two layers of concentric placed steel pipe and concrete filled. With high bearing capacity, good plastic and toughness, light-weight, convenience when constructing, saving time and high degree of industrialization advantages etc.Through consulting a large number of literature, There is no unified calculation formula for designing cylinder concrete pipe in domestic ,only a few scholars put forward some suggestions of calculation formula. Among them, professor LinHai Han put forward the bending capacity's simplified calculation formula [53]of cylinder concrete pipe, however, the coefficients of the formula was reached by regression analysis ,and it is relatively complex, which is uneasy to be used in the actual engineering, so it remains to be further simplified. In addition, an existing problem is that when using ordinary concrete to pour concrete pipe cylinder, it is uneasy for ofnon-vibrating,on the other hand,self-compacting concrete has the advantages that there is no need for artificial vibration, it can be poured depending on self-compacting which helps to raise the durability of the concrete structure.In order to solve the above problems, First of all, we choosed local raw materials to do the admixtures with the cement, fly ash and limestone powder compatibility tests, designed the C30 self-compacting concrete mixture orthogonal tests, and drawed an optimum conclusion to meet the C30 self-compacting concrete mixture for pouring concrete pipe cylinder,get work performance and strength index; In addition, making anti-permeability and anti-freeze specimens, and through testing,get its durability index;At last,with the help of ANSYS software,we established the Cylinder concrete pipe's finite element models, analysed its tension capacity,obtained the bending moment– stress,bending moment -strain relations etc curve. And revised the coefficients of the Cylinder concrete pipe's flexural strength simplified formula which was put forward by professor LinHai Han[53],At the same time,it is helpful to the technical parameters of the pure bending mechanical test for the Cylinder concrete pipe.
