As a new green and environmental way the wind power generation is an effective solution to energy crisis and environment pollution,which is developing rapidly worldwide, in china wind power generation is coming into a period of rapid development and has caught up with them,and We have occupied a pivotal positions in the whole world wind power industry. Therefore the wind power technology research has been concerned. Doubly-fed wind power generation technology has become the mainstream technology of wind power generation due to its advantages such as no brush adjustable power factor, high efficiency and frequency conversion devices with small capacity.In this paper the brushless doubly-fed machine is the research object, mainly analysis and research on its development process, mathematical model, control strategy and the corresponding brushless doubly-fed wind power generator and the control technology on dual PWM converter for wind power generator. Based on the idea of modular modeling, the brushless doubly-fed wind generator is divided into brushless doubly-fed generator and double PWM converter two sub-modules, then the simulation model of the two sub-modules was established in Matlab/Simulink environment based on their own mathematical model, finally the two sub-modules of the simulation model were integrated into the brushless doubly-fed wind power system simulation model.In this paper we use the model which based on the dq axis of the rotor speed, the control-side converter uses the control method of the direct power decoupling, the inner-loop is used to control the current of the control winding, and the outer-loop control the active power and the reactive power of the power winding, and which provides the advantage for the biggest wind-energy capture; the primary function of the net-side converter is to maintain the stability of the voltage about the DC capacitor, it use the control of double closed-loop too, inner loop is the current loop, outer loop is voltage loop. The simulation results have achieved the control requirements, and show the correctness of the modeling and the control method.Finally, we built the Dual PWM converter which based on the TMS320LF2407A of TI,and the experimental results verify the dual PWM converter have the ability of two-way energy flowing, and it can satisfy the request of the brushless doubly-fed wind power control system.
