The F-35 fighter is researched as a target in this paper. Three-dimensional configuration reconstruction of aircraft object is done. The computation and analysis of aerodynamic and stealth characteristic for reconstructed model are investigated. The reconstruction and research for the foreign advanced aircraft has great reference value for our courtry's advanced aircraft development. It's a subject which has national defense research value. It provides a developmental thoughts for our country's modern aircraft.Firstly, the innovation and developing trend of fighter's general configuration technology has been discussed. A feasible method is adopted to resconstruct F-35 full-aircraft theoretical configuration. The contour is extracted based on three-view drawing. The CATIA 3D drawing calibration based on sketch tracer is introduced. The precision of reconstructed model is highly improved and the aliform component modeling based on parametric method is done. The more accurate model of the aliform components are obtained, which have great contributions to reinforce aircraft's lifting force. Accordingly, it is benefitial to the calculation of aerodynamic characteristic.Secondly, the F-35 full-aircraft surface mesh has been divided by unstructured triangle elements. The spatial computational domain is filled with trtrahedral elements by some growth rate. The flow fields at subsonic, tranconic and supersonic are calculated by EULER equations, and the lift, drag, moment and high-angle characteristic are analyzed at different states. The wing is designed by parametric bending-torsion method. According to the analysis of the wing's flow fields, we can obtain that the best twisted angle which can delay the stall of wings .Lastly, the F-35 high-frequency radar target character has been calculated by curved surface pixel (CSP) method. A mesh generation method for stealth calculation based on IGS format is proposed. The RCS characteristic curves are compared at different pitch angle and direction angle. Some components has great effect on the full-aircraft radar character from RCS curves. And then,the F-35 is calculated by physical optics(PO) method in FEKO. The distinction between CSP method and PO method in FEKO was described. The CSP method has fast calculation speed and advanced computation accuracy.
