Semi-physical simulation technique is an important testing method and technical implement widely used in the predevelopment, project demonstration, design and remodificaiton of Aero-Engine Control System. It shortens the time spent on the development of Aero-Engine Control System and reduces the expenses.Firstly the necessity of building a helicopter aero-enigine control system and the general scheme of the project were introduced. Based on the scheme, the architecture of the helicopter aero-engine control system was elaborated. According to the system requirements, 3D virtual scene simulation software based on OpenGL was designed. The 3D virtual scene simulation software was receiving data from helicopter model computer and illustrating helicopter flying attitude on screen. The display effect was illustrative and immersive. Engine monitor software founded on flash animation was also developed in this paper, which was used for indicating engine's various working states animation and monitoring parameters came from engine model computer. An interface simulator established on TMS320F2808 was devesed. The interface simulator was used to simulate sensors signals and acquire actuators signals. Finally, the feasibility of the designs was demonstrated by the software and hardware testing.
