| Most of the modern industrial mechanical systems have the gears. The gears have been often regarded as a symbol of industry, and the gear technology become the basic technology in the scientific and technological community. The non-linear dynamics is still mainly concerned, which contain the errors, mesh gap, modeling of the time-varying stiffness. In this paper, the method of analyzing load sharing characteristics of planetary gear transmission systems which have the sliding bearing has been studied. The related software has been developed.First, the basic theory of planetary gear transmission system has been discussed. The static and dynamics models have been set up respectively. The time-varying gear mesh stiffness and sliding bearing stiffness in the system have been calculated. The manufacturing and assembly errors that influence load sharing characteristics of gear system have been given, and the formulas of equivalent mesh error have been derived.Secondly, according to the giving model, the effects of design parameter changes have been investigated on system natural frequencies and vibration modes. Employing variable step size RK integration method and the Fourier method, the differential equations are solved. The system responses have been calculated, including the dynamic load-sharing coefficient, the dynamic load coefficient, the meshing force, the displacement of the components and so on. The influences of the mesh stiffness and damping on the dynamic load sharing coefficient have been discussed. The static and dynamic load sharing characteristics of the system has been studied. Finally, on the basis of theoretical analysis and requirements of users, the load sharing analysis software has been developed. |
