Aircraft cabin, whether in flight or on the ground state, will have heat exchange with the surrounding environment, so that the ambient temperature inside the cabin to change. In determining the environmental control system for cooling or heating capacity, we must first carry on the qualitative analysis and the quota description to the cabin to the environment heat exchanging.From the launching, the cruise to the landing, in a series of flight process,along with the flight changing of altitude and speed,skin temperature and the hot load of the airplane also unceasingly changes.Thermal environment is the important factors to determine the work performance and health of aircraft cabin crew,is basic requirements to create a comfortable cabin environment.At present, using steady-state thermal load under the cabin environmental control systems to determine the capacity, for air bus with the Little-changing speed and duration long flight ,is highly quite reasonable.The lumped parameter method used in this text for solving the structure of the wall heat load,on the amendment of the traditional engineering method, considering the complexity of the aircraft shape and internal structure, to simplify the calculation.In this text,taking details to caculate convection heat transfer outside of the cabin, the internal wall structure heat transfer,and the thermal loads through transparent and non-transparent envelope。Caculation of the external heat transfer coefficients,analysis and evaluation of structure layout and external factors, through detailed comparative analysis on existing method and calculation results。In order to seek more practical calculation method of steady-state thermal load,we Compile software program to achieve a common cabin steady-state thermal load calculation。On this basis, using numerical simulation to verify the calculation results, which provide air bus environmental control system, program selection, parameter optimization and control studies the basis for the law.
