Corrosion of rebar is one of the most important factors which can affect the durability of concrete structure. It is world widely concerned in durability of reinforced concrete structures. The evaluation of corroded reinforcement concrete structures is the important business.The existed evaluation of the bearing capacity was improved in this paper. It was very simple. And it was correct and available based on the verification. The calculation methods of reliability were summarized and chose JC as the theoretical basis of the evaluation system in this paper. The signs of durability failure were summarized and chose the method of the crack width reaches 1mm as the sign and chose this existed evaluation of the durability as the theoretical basis of the evaluation system in this paper.According to the above theoretical bases, the evaluation system of corroded reinforcement concrete structures was development based on MATLAB platform and Excel Link. This software platform included evaluations of the bearing capacity, the reliability and the durability. The"bearing capacity-corrosion ratio"curve, the"reliability index-corrosion ratio"curve and the durability lifetime of the corroded reinforcement concrete structures could be obtained based on corrosion ratio and chloride concentration. This software platform was already used in practical engineering.Several detailed project investigations were conducted on 1#,2# and 14# Berth of Lianyun Harbor and 57# and 58# Berth of the third-stage construction of Xugou in October of 2008. The corrosion ratio of the sampled steel reinforcement was obtained according to the field investigation of Lianyun Harbor and the experimental analysis of the sampled steel reinforcement in the laboratory. The chloride concentration in concrete of different locations and the sampled concrete at different depths in the splash zone was measured in the laboratory. The evaluations of the bearing capacity, the reliability and the durability of beams and slabs of 14# Berth could be calculated based on experiment data. The conclusion was that 14# Berth in Lianyun Harbor had been deteriorated badly. And the capacity and reliability of members were decreased, and these threaten structural safety, the 14# Berth of Lianyun Harbor should be rehabilitated or be rebuilt.
