| With the improvement of living standards, the requirements of vehcile seating comfort for people are more and more high, vehicle ride comfort has become a winning edge in the market competition as an important performance index, while the ride comfort is good or bad primarily depend on vehicles suspension helical spring stiffness and shock absorber damping parameters, therefore, research the influence of those parameters to the ride comfort is very necessary.According to the relevant data of W1 vehicle type provided by WanXiang group, in the ADAMS/Car, we completed model for this vehicle's each subsystems and carried out whole vehicle assembly, when modeling body of the car, we considered the impact of the mass distribution to the ride comfort under different loads of the vehicle, after simplifying to the driver, passengers, luggage then modeling. Based on the purpose of ride comfort, non-linear coil spring stiffness and non-linear absorber which meet the ride comfort requirements in different load are solved.With the platform of VC++ and ADAMS/Car, use the share chassis's W1 type of vehicle as the basic model for the secondary development, developed a multi-vehicle share chassis of suspension ride comfort simulation and analysis system. This system mainly has the following three functions, each subsystems and whole vehicle model parameters automatic modeling function, according to national standard test conditions of the automatic simulation,analyse and optimization function, and agree with the vehicle evaluation criteria of simulation results of auto data processing functions. Among them, all the functional modules are completed through VC++ called ADAMS/Car .Using the developed multi-vehicle share chassis of suspension ride comfort simulation and analysis system to do ride comfort simulation analysis on W1 and W2 vehicle type which use the same share chassis respectively. Then, based on the purpose of ride comfort, carried out optimizing to the W1 and W2 vehicle type respectively, and according to the optimize results compared with the original vehicle, comparison results show that the ride comfort of the two type of vehicle are significantly improved after optimizing. |
